I translated all the untranslated strings in transifex for German for Webtop, which has now status “ready to use”.

Got the right pointers to fix it - because he can.

I did not complain about the lack of translations, but about the POSSIBILITY to translate, because some translation anchors are missing in transifex. As soon as they are added, I will translate the strings into German.
