Fail2ban jail postfix brute force attempts to logins not banning the ip

Hi Stephane

Last night I see another brute force attack on the IMAP Log file. the
Fail2ban Jail Dovecot did banned the IP.

See attached IMAP log file…

Here’s the fail2ban log … re-send the other logs too…Regg

Enclosed pls find a partial recent updates from the fail2ban file. The
Jail Apache-Auth does work… as you can see in the file.

Somehow here’s the partial update of the IMAP log file…

as you can see the other ip - 58.55.165.211 …made many attempts to
login, but not banned…
