Module: statistics
Hi,
I installed the statistics module but when I click on graphs I get this error in the broswer
We can’t connect to the server at autoconfig.***.co.ukb7f41ae81460b205e4a79e3d9ef02656548c5b82.
I have redacted part of my domain.
Don’t know where to start with this?

The URL is missing a slash. It’d be:

Try with a different browser, please.

Why your browsers should remove the slash? It may be some other software running on your pc.
Without details it’s impossible to guess the problem.
Its not software on my computer causing this, the same problem occurs on 3 different computers.
Try with:
signal-event nethserver-cgp-update
And please, again, show some screenshots, log, errors. As much details as you can.
Seems to be an issue with the collectd service itself?

This modules come from the nethserver-subscription package, it can’t be missing.
Check it is sane with:
rpm -V nethserver-subscription
which should give no output. If you see output, please reinstall it with:
yum reinstall nethserver-subscription
You could try to reconfigure it with:
signal-event nethserver-collectd-update
Ok thank you. When you install the Statistics Package the Subscription Module is not a dependancy.
Removing the Statistics module, installing the subscription module, then the statistics module has allowed the collectd Service to run correctly but the URL issue still remains.

I can confirm I’m seeing the same thing, but won’t be able to check this resolution until later.
@kiemosan, do you have anything set up for e-mail auto-configuration? My nethserver-automx RPM or my previous instructions, for example? I’m asking because of the autoconfig. hostname that’s coming up (as it also is for me).

It looks like it could be the template fragment I’ve added for the autoconfig virtualhost. Try renaming /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/httpd/conf.d/virtualhosts.conf/05autoconfig_vhost to /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/httpd/conf.d/virtualhosts.conf/15autoconfig_vhost. Then
expand-template /etc/httpd/conf.d/virtualhosts.conf
and
systemctl reload httpd

Which directory were you in when doing this? /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/httpd/conf.d/virtualhosts.conf/? /etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/httpd/conf.d/virtualhosts.conf/? Somewhere else? Because your directory listing should show more than just those two files in the first directory, and autoconfig_vhost shouldn’t have been in the second.
100% in /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/httpd/conf.d/virtualhosts.conf/ the other doesn’t exist.

Do you have the web server module installed from the software center? That might explain the other files I’m seeing there on my system.
