Enable or disable Nextcloud impossible only Virtual host

In Nethgui, there is only a link to Nextcloud in Applications, no settings.

In Cockpit -> Applications -> Nextcloud -> Settings -> Configuration:

• https://IP:9090/nethserver#/applications/nethserver-nextcloud
  There is only a case for “Use a virtual host for Nextcloud” and this name is not good
  -> “enable_nextcloud”: “Use a virtual host for Nextcloud”

Nothing for enable or disable the software.

It will be nice to have for all the same base for all applications/services, the same button to enable: YES/NO…

What would be the purpose of disabling a web application? If you don’t want it, don’t install it. I think this is pretty consistent for the other web-based software Neth offers; few if any of the packages have an option to have it installed but disabled.
