Hello everyone, probably many users have found that Nethserver often uses a somewhat exaggerated swap file. I was asking who had already tested it, that through the value vm.swappines (by default on my distro is 30) set it to 10. This should be equivalent to instructing the server to use the exchange at 10% of physical memory. Did any of you change that parameter?
Swappiness is controlled by tuned.
See the manual for details.
Thanks Filippo, I saw that through the tuned-adm command the profile is optimized for virtual-guest and I can intervene on the parameters I mentioned earlier.
