Downloading rpm from Pull request is long

I noticed that when I download a rpm from a PR of github, it is LONG…45KB/s

Do you have a clue @dev_team ???

this for example :

yum install http://packages.nethserver.org/nethserver/7.7.1908/autobuild/x86_64/Packages/nethserver-cockpit-1.4.6-1.36.pr191.gfb87e36.ns7.noarch.rpm http://packages.nethserver.org/nethserver/7.7.1908/autobuild/x86_64/Packages/nethserver-cockpit-lib-1.4.6-1.36.pr191.gfb87e36.ns7.noarch.rpm -y

well not reproducible, yesterday and this morning I got this slow bandwidth, but after several attempts it seems better.

Does the main repository has moved to a new provider ?

Probably some random network issue. Services are always at the same provider.
