Not in the short term. We would like to evaluate it for an internal project, but I do now know if it will land into NethServer. But I’m willing to help anyone want to make it work on NS!
i am interested in making it work in nethserver and testing it.
Though from the source files, it looks complicated for me to even attempt.
So ill wait for someone else to get started, then ill test.
Right now, tool-based collaboration is more important than it used to be.
My wife’s school has integrated BigBlue Button into their NextCloud - really awesome!
Has anybody meanwhile experiences with it with the Nethserver?

yes multuiple times.
There are several tools like BBB available on linux servers. Nextcloud has Talk, there is Jitsi meet, Probably a few more,
A big advantage of BBB when it comes to educational purposes, is that it integrates very well with Moodle. https://moodle.com/certified-integrations/bigbluebutton/
