CLAMAV error - can't apply patch

I’ve been receiving the following emails from my Nethserver related to ClamScan.

Subject: Cron /usr/share/clamav/freshclam-sleep > /dev/null
ERROR: cdiff_apply: lseek(desc, -350, SEEK_END) failed
ERROR: downloadPatch: Can’t apply patch

Any idea what this message is telling me? Is this related to downloading CLAMAV definitions not allowed to be installed?
