Hello. Let me ask a question… When you add nodes and remove nodes… There is a counter Node 1, Node 2, etc. How to reset that counter or just rename the node to Node 3, for example. The behavior happens with services, like: samba1, samba2, samba3… if you eventually remove a samba and then add one again, you will have something like this: samba1, samba4, samba10. Is it possible to keep the number sequence?
No, but it’s possible to set custom names for the apps, see also Applications — NS8 documentation
It’s also possible to set a label for a node on the nodes page.
