Can reach login page on green interface and and reach login page on red interface IF the ip is whitelisted otherwise if ip not whitelisted get ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

I donā€™t think that my ip is whitelistedā€¦ I think the problem is on your network.
Have you got a proxy?

No proxy but I am going to try something newā€¦ via VPN I am wondering if the mobile network here is blocking access via some transparent proxy

Yes found the culpritā€¦ not the server at all but spark.co.nz causing trouble. How I hate mobile providers

Not in that caseā€¦ i had a crappy ethernet cable (do not trust yellow zyxel stock cables with 4 wiresā€¦ ever )
