I run this commands:

yum clean all

yum --disablerepo=“epel” update nss

yum remove epel-release --disablerepo=epel

yum -y upgrade ca-certificates

yum -y upgrade ca-certificates --disablerepo=epel

My file conf “/etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo” is OK!

what is the history ?

If it is a server of tests, probably the reinstallation is the faster way.

The EPEL repo was removed or is not enabled. So maybe the original problem was not really fixed (but omitted).

yum install epel-release

As Stéphane says, a full server reinstallation could also work.
