Is not possible save email templates.
The directory “themes” in “/var/www/html/owncloud” need to be owned by apache
drwxr-x—. 2 root apache 4096 Jun 20 23:35 themes/

I already changed the permitions, tested and is working without problems.
Is a permitions issue and I’m reporting the bug.

I think all Issues should be posted with screenshots. It really helps to understand and fix on support level or on Dev.
