We have started with a Greeters role, since every week I used to say Hi to newcomers but just a few of them reply to me, they’re contacting them with a PM! Results are great so far:

Update: every Wednesday @Jim or @vhinzsanchez is going to contact privately every user who didn’t reply to my welcoming topic. It looks work great!
