Block Client by MAC

Hi,

i want to block a single client pc from the internet.
I use nethserver as Gateway.
The client is in the green network and can do there everything. But it should be not allowed to go to red.
Is it possible to block a client by MAC adress in nethserver?
If not which possibilitys i have? I dont want to do that with hosts file on the client.
On the client it should be not necessary to do any configurations.

One way is to assign and associate static IP address with the MAC Address and then to create a firewall rule which would deny the traffic from and/or to that host.
