Backup GUI unclear/misleading

I have a CIFS backup configured into a fully updated setup (until today).
Browser used for management, currently, Firefox 86.

Using button “configure” i can access only to inclusion/exclusions, but not anything related to backend and mount.

Anything else is stored into “Schedule”, but current data for CIFS is missing!

Data backup is working as stated by the first printscreen…

Let’s check the backups db with

db backups show

This is the output of the command.
User and passwords use only letters and numbers, no special chars

To edit a backup you have to click on three dots near “Run now” and then “Edit backup”. You’ll see actual data.

First of all… thanks. And i think i read that already at least one time into a support topic.
But that won’ change the title: is unclear and misleading…

Why? What do you think should be improved?

Every backup has commands to run, editor, view logs, ecc…

Three bottons Schedule, Restore and Configure are for general settings.

First suggestion: change the labels.

Clicking on “Schedule” the sysadmin adds a new data backup (with its own schedules) to the list.
Clicking on “Configure”, instead, sysadmin access to the inclusion/exclusion list about the configurations.
Second suggestion: edit available without accessing the three dot button

You can shrink the run and the edit button as “icon”, keep the three dot button, maybe even the full list of commands, also with icons.

Not a big fan of the three button, but now when I saw it I know that there is more settings inside, at least one time you have to get the curiosity to press on it and see what it is hidden. I think it is something compatible with web for mobile because you cannot display a lot of informations.
