Backup failed since yesterday

Hello friends,

since yesterday the backup on my Nethserver DC does not work anymore. The backup aborts after a short time and in the log I find this error message:

Backup: dc01backup
Backup started at 2022-04-12 16:17:35
Event pre-backup-data: FAIL
Backup status: FAIL

I tried to connect another hard disk to the server for backup, but the result is the same.

As always, I am grateful for any help.

I am one step further. I uninstalled the print server module the day before yesterday because I don’t need it anymore. With the command yum autoremove. This apparently affects the backup function, because there must be dependencies. After reinstalling the print server, the backup works again.

Case closed. After remove cups with yum remove nethserver cups, backup works normal.
