Access to cockpit servermanager

Module: cockpit servermanager
Maybe I have a misunderstanding of how to reach cockpit servermanager, but when I look at the settings, cockpit servermanager, it says it is accessible from GREEN interface. However, when I connect to https//domain.tld:9090 I can access the servermanaager (domain.tld is a RED interface)
Is this normal behavior?

AFAIK as default yes.
You can limit the access to Cockpit into settings.

Like @pike said you have to limit or disable it at the settings. Here an example.
