Nextcloud error after upgrade to CentOS 7.4

Another service seems to have failed after the update, when I open nextcloud on the browser it says :
> Cannot write into “config” directory!
> This can usually be fixed by giving the webserver write access to the config directory. See https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/12/go.php?to=admin-dir_permissions

But as far as i can see all permissions are set correctly (config directory owned by apache and 755)

maybe you could try to reboot on another kernel

Yes, that helped. Now running on 3.10.0-514.26.2.el7.x86_64 and nextcloud is working again
It does not work on kernel 3.10.0-693.2.2.el7.x86_64
