Nethserver 7, email postfix/amavis and RBLS

Hello to all,
I would like to check the logs of my mail server, but I did not understand if the only file to display is / var / log / maillog or are there any others?
I would also like to know how to activate or modify the RBL.

I don’t use the mailsystem, but I think /var/log/imap could be a point.
