Is there a page for licensing? http://docs.nethserver.org/projects/nethserver-devel/en/v7/search.html?q=license lists a couple of items, but none of that is what could be called a EULA or an overarching license, or an aggregated license of all components within Neth. I need to provide documentation to a PMP that Neth is OK to use in a commercial environment.

All modules of NethServer itself are licensed under GPLv3 (see, as an example: https://github.com/NethServer/nethserver-base/blob/master/COPYING)

NethServer is composed by many software and any software can have its own license, but almost everything is licensed as open source or equivalent.
