How to retrieve Squid access report with MAC id detail

I need to retrieve Squid Access Report with MAC id details.

There is no such builtin option, you need to extend the following script:

NethServer/nethserver-lightsquid/blob/master/root/usr/share/lightsquid/ip2name/ip2name.neth

#contributor: nethesis
#specialy for squid with turned on user authentication
#fallback to dns

confused! could you please describe where(path) to run the script.

The script location is /usr/share/lightsquid/ip2name/ip2name.neth.
It is invoked by lightsquid (see /etc/lightsquid/lightsquid.cfg).

My advice:

copy the script to a new file and make your changes
create a template-custom for ligthsquid.cfg and invoke the new script from it
