Green port - wrong region, slow connection and bad ping

NethServer Version: NethServer release 6.7 (final)

I have a problem on my NethSERVER gateway, It’s shows that I’m in other country region,

The
problem is the connection throw it shows a very high PING test and it’s
shows that I’m in UAE, but if I test the PING throw the ISP port I get
1ms ping and the right MBPs value and it’s shows that I’m in Jordan.

Hi Ismaiel,
I can’t get your problem, can you paste some screenshots or details?
If the connection is slow maybe you have a big bandwidth usage if you unplug the green ethernet do you see the same problem happens?
