Nas, WOW you are quick  To confirm, you want me to do this:

yum localinstall http://packages.nethesis.it/nethserver/6.7/testing/x86_64/Packages/winexe-1.01-1.x86_64.rpm
yum install nethserver-adagios

Correct?

I noticed this clear cache issue comes up and won’t go away when I tried to add “Monitoring and inventorying” from the marketplace. Other times, the clear cache notification goes away after I clear cache and reboot.

Later…yep that is the problem at least on my machine.

@harry please proceed !

@dreamerman as you may reed the main misconfigure is leaded by adagios package.
Thus please remove it or please apply the workaroud from the @dev_team .

[> root@server ~]# yum localinstall http://packages.nethesis.it/nethserver/6.7/testing/x86_64/Packages/winexe-1.01-1.x86_64.rpm

and now?

Instructions are valid only for new installations.

In your case:

rpm -e --nodeps winexe
yum localinstall http://packages.nethesis.it/nethserver/6.7/testing/x86_64/Packages/winexe-1.01-1.x86_64.rpm
yum update --exclude=winexe

thanks, it’s work
but after this method i have this:

Carlo,

Thanks for the nudge.

I ran the two commands. Output follows. In trying to update software, I get:

Resolving RPM dependencies
The install/update may have failed due to metadata caching issues. Please clean the cache by clicking the button below and retry the install/update operation.

Clear Yum Cache doesn’t help.

Ignore the message until Red Hat fixes the bug on samba packages

Giacomo, thank you (I didn’t see your earlier post until after I tried the first suggested procedure.

I got the same result gecco posted, with the remaining error message about winexe.

when i can make upgrade?

When upstream (Red Hat) releases the fix

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1326918

This should be fixed, please test with nethserver-testing repository enabled.

See:

can i update? quietly? sure?

I just got this issue with Nethserver 7.3 RC.3. Comes up VERY frequently. Almost everytime I install package. This is an old topic. is any of the data here relevant for this version?

Can you see any error or warning installing the package from the command line?

Ran yum clean all and it seemed perfectly okay. I can try to install one package via command line and see what pops up.
