hey again…
i know i can change the way settings in /etc/httpd/conf/ for apache to check for an alias,
enabling the user of the website to endup in a different URL path in order to access owncloud.
but is it good practice ? how to change it other than that??
What i look for is a permanent solution so that www.adress.com/owncloud can be accessed at adress/anything …
please help.
Try with Dns -> Alias Server -> New -> www.address.com
okay… i give it a try… thanks for quick response.
all best greetings from vienna
Ehi please, can you post a reply introduction here?
yeah, itis pretty straight forwardly mentioned in here: http://docs.nethserver.org/en/latest/dns.html
i just was not aware that it would be possible to configure this via DNS aliases.
so thanks for that.
