I’m fine with both wednesday and thursday, whatever works best for the others.
I could possibly make Thursday, are the times based on GMT or BST?
no way…i can only in the evening after 22:00 ( Summer Time = GMT+2 )
On thursday my wife’s grandma is turning 98, i might join but it will
depend on time as we have a birthday celebration.
I’d skip hangout and go to the celebration!
(and, of course, take a picture of grandma NethServer)
It seems that this thursday at 13 CEST (11 am GMT) could fit for most of participants.
Please @warren_midgley @sitz @Ctek @andreac @etino could you send a personal message with your Google account?
Anyone want add himself to the list?
Thanks
Your gmail address
@alefattorini I think is not necessary to have shared before the google account of the participants for make an hangout (but the participants should have a google account).
You could start an hangout at this url https://plus.google.com/hangouts/active and then share the link here or via PM…
I guess that if you share the link here, also those who have not replied at the invitation but are available, they can join in the conversation… max 10 participant
Today we have decided to:
- try to keep meetings every two weeks (next one is going to be scheduled likely in early July)
- write down a list of topics to address in the next meetings (we can use this current thread)
- have private hangout as well, just for chat together.
- schedule these meetings in different timezones (using polls)
Hangout is amazing, it brings us closer speaking each other and face-to-face. A lot of fun
Thanks to @Ctek @andreac @sitz and @etino
Today, Before our hangout, my fellow @Ctek asked me some general questions about NethServer so this evening I’m wondering about an AMA session (ask me everything) about NethServer and community with me and @davidep. What do you think? Could it be intetesting? Where we are going to try to answer all your questions
That is an amazing idea. It’s staggering to see the efforts you make to be
accessible, open and caring about the community you are building.
I believe this was one of the biggest failings of Zentyal.
They had a truly disruptive Linux technology and great community under
eBox.
The shift in attitude that came once the external investment came did more
to lose the community and product champions than any bugs or bad road map
decisions ever could.
Thanks
Warren
Thanks man, proud to read this that confirms we’re on the right track
Friday is holiday here, so i’m able at any time
