Admin Console -Reports: Service Unavailable

Hi all,

The problem I am having is with the Report section for: Bandwidth Usage / Graphs / Web Proxy Stats. When accessing those pages, the following error is displayed:

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.’

I have enabled port FW on port 80 to a web-server behind Neth (as clients are incapable of adding :81 etc to the url), and have set httpd to listen on port 81 on neth. This does not resolve the problem, however, browsing to http://HOSTNAME:81 does display the default Neth Server Page.

Any advice on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx in advance!

Do you mean the login page? Standard is at port 980

Hi Michael,

The login page on port 980 works fine, however, the problem I have is after I logged into the Admin Console. I navigate to the entries under “Reports” on the left-hand menu, such as “Web Proxy Stats” / “Graphs” or “Bandwidth Usage”, I encounter the error previously stated. I have included a screenshot to clarify.

I suspect that the admin console will use port 80 to display the results, and it is this I will need to change to port 81, seeing as all traffic on port 80 is forwarded to another server behind NS.

Has somebody an idea?

Please revert this change (but retain the port forward). Everything should work as you are expecting.
